Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all orders reach our customers quickly and safely. To provide transparency, we have detailed below how our delivery process works:
- Processing and Shipping Times: After payment confirmation, the order will be processed within 1 business day. We ship our products within Japan, and delivery times vary depending on the location and the carrier chosen. On average, deliveries are made between 1 to 2 days, 2 to 3 days for locations such as Hokkaido and Okinawa.
- Carriers and Shipping Methods: We work with trusted shipping partners Yamato and Sagawa to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. At the time of purchase, you will be able to select the shipping option that best suits your needs.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, product type, and final destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will see an estimate of the applicable shipping fees. We also offer free shipping on orders over 20,000 yen for mixed products (not applicable to Hokkaido and Okinawa regions).
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment in real time until it reaches your address.
- Delivery and Receipt: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, carriers often offer redelivery options, which can be scheduled at your convenience. If there is any issue with receipt, please contact us so we can assist you.
