Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with consumer laws in Japan, we offer our customers the possibility of return and refund under the terms below:
- Return Conditions: We accept returns of non-perishable products within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Perishable Products: We do not accept returns of perishable products (e.g. fresh food) unless the product is out of date or there is an error in the order.
Return Process: To request a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp +81 80-3626-9241. After approval, the customer must send the product to the address provided. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error or defect. - Refund: No Video No Refund Policy, full unboxing video is required for any refund or replacement. Once the video and products are verified and reviewed, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Important Notice
Please be advised that each customer is fully responsible for monitoring and checking their own order. In the event of identification of bad faith, such as attempted fraud or abuse of policies, we reserve the right to suspend or refuse future sales to the customer involved.
